Drop Off Information
Drop off for your items is Wednesday and Thursday by appointment. Please allow up to 1 hour for drop off. For most people it should only take 20-30 minutes, but depending on how many items you have it could take longer. After your items are inspected, you will be placing them on the sales floor.

When you register for a drop off appointment, please take the time to read our Drop Off Procedures in more detail. Following these tips will make for a very successful drop off.

Pick Up Information
If you choose to NOT donate your unsold items, you will need to pick them up on Sunday evening between 5pm-6pm. You will choose a pick up time at your drop off appointment. Please plan to have someone pickup your unsold items on Sunday evening if you are not able to do so yourself.
When you arrive, please check in to receive your unsold/non-donated items report. Keep your active inventory as accurate as possible. It will be really difficult for you to find all of your items, or know if you have all of your items, if you have inventory in your account that you did not bring.
We will help you locate the bin with your consignor number, and you will be responsible for finding your unsold items. We will have help available if needed.
Note – If you are planning to participate in the Dollar Dash you will still not be able to start pulling your items until your appointed pick up time.
Any items not picked up Sunday evening will be donated to a local charity partner, we do not have the ability to save or store unsold items for pickup at a later time. ALL unclaimed items will be donated.

Dollar Dash 5-6pm
Dollar Dash is for Volunteers and Consignors ONLY and it is a chance to get select items sold at $1! We will be accepting cash only for this sale. You can shop the dollar dash after you have checked out.
