Consignment Contract for Vancouver Mall

Clothing must be brought in clean.  We accept freshly laundered items, with no stains, tears, missing buttons, pilling, musty, or smoke smell, pet hair or is "too washed".  Styles of clothing and shoes MUST BE within the last 2-3 years (unless approved), and trendy. We want to be able to sell these clothes for you. Please have them in the condition you would like to buy them.
In-Store Credit Option:
You (the consigner) will receive 50% of the selling price ((less a small buyer’s fee added to the sales price. The buyer’s fee will not affect consignor’s percentage), when the item sells. $.20 per item for donate to pay for supplies/steaming/handling/online posting will be deducted from all items listed. A cleaning fee may be added (min $3 per item needing cleaning). The consignment period is for 120 days. Items requiring batteries will be charged $1.00 per battery if not included. Store credit can be used on any resale item, sales tax will be collected. 
Cash Option:
You (the consigner) will receive 40% of the selling price (less a small buyer’s fee added to the sales price. The buyer’s fee will not affect consignor’s percentage), when the item sells. $.20 per item for donate to pay for supplies/steaming/handling/online posting will be deducted from all items listed. A cleaning fee may be added (min $3 per item needing cleaning). The consignment period is for 60 days. Items requiring batteries will be charged $1.00 per battery if not included. Cash account can be used toward any purchase. A check may be written on demand. 
Pipsqueak Resale Boutique decides the price of the merchandise; Pipsqueak Resale Boutique has the right to markdown or put items on sale at any time.

Consignors are responsible for picking up any unsold items. Consignor must call within two days of the end of the consignment date. You (the consignor) will receive a pick up card with drop off number and dates to call between. Your items will be ready the next business day, you will have 48 hours to pick up from the day of your original call (unless approved otherwise), otherwise the items become property of Pipsqueak Resale Boutique to donate or use at our discretion. If you do not call between the dates given, your items will be placed on our sale racks or donated.
 
If you choose to pick up your unsold items early a 20% handling fee of the total value will apply for picking up unsold items before your PICK UP DATES.
At your request, you will be given information of all the items you consigned with Pipsqueak Resale Boutique with your unsold items.
As we stated above, you can call us at any time to find out what the credit is on your account. We issue checks upon request for the cash option. You may use your cash option consignment funds on ALL items in the store.
It is your responsibility to collect any monies owing to you from your account, six months from the drop-off date. Any uncollected monies become store credit after six months. No notice will be sent.
Filling out the drop off card constitutes your agreement to Pipsqueak's consignment policies. Contract may update without notice. Cash accounts convert to store credit if not redeemed within 6 months of original drop off date. Accounts dormant for 1 year will incur a $2 per month account fee.  All expired items may be placed on sale rack or donated per our discretion. Pipsqueak is not responsible for any damaged items, including but not limited to fire, theft or natural disasters. Off season items Pipsqueak will buy outright for 20% -  .20 per item fee for processing/online listing; .25 per item end of consignment pick up. ​
We will do our best to look after your items, but we will not be held responsible for fire, theft or damage. Pipsqueak Resale Boutique has the right to choose how clothing is donated.​
