The consignment period is for 60 days, unless otherwise specified.
                                                                                               Clothing must be brought in clean.  We accept freshly laundered items, with no stains, tears, missing buttons, musty, or smoke smell, pet hair or is "too washed".  Styles of clothing and shoes MUST BE within the last 2-3 years (unless approved), seasonally correct, and trendy. We want to be able to sell these clothes for you. Please have them in the condition you would like to buy them.

Rejected items will be held for seven (7) days following your drop off (unless approved otherwise). Pipsqueak Resale Boutique will notify you of any rejections. All rejected items unclaimed by end of business day on the seventh (7th) day following your drop off, will become the property of Pipsqueak Resale Boutique.
                                                                                             Pipsqueak Resale Boutique decides the price of the merchandise (unless otherwise discussed); Pipsqueak Resale Boutique has the right to markdown or put items on sale at any time. After 30 days the prices will automatically be reduced. The consignor receives 40% of the selling price, when the item sells. $.05 per item for supplies/handling will be deducted from all items listed. A cleaning fee may be added.

Consignors are responsible for picking up items within 48 hours after the expiration date of the consignment period, otherwise the items become property of Pipsqueak Resale Boutique and we may donate the items at our discretion. If you choose to pick up your unsold items early a $10.00 handling fee will apply for picking up unsold items before your PICK UP DATE. You can find the PICK UP DATE on your copy of the consignment contract. 

At your request, you will be given a detailed print out of all the items you consigned with Pipsqueak Resale Boutique with your unsold items.

PICK UP YOUR MONEY ANYTIME! Or spend it directly in the store! As we stated above, you can call us at anytime to find out what the credit is on your account.

It is your responsibility to collect any monies owing to you from your account. One year from the drop-off date, any uncollected monies become the property of Pipsqueak Resale Boutique. No notice will be sent.

We will do our best to look after your items, but we will not be held responsible for fire, theft or damage. Pipsqueak Resale Boutique has the right to choose how clothing is donated.

At the end of the 60 day period, you can decide if you would like Pipsqueak to donate your items or pick them up.
