Safety and The Consumer Safety Product Improvement Act (CPSIA or HR4040)
The CPSIA is a new law intended to remove lead in all children's products. The Consumer Safety Product Commission (CPSC) has determined that the intent of this law is to be retroactive meaning products legally produced under previous federal guidelines are considered illegal to sell, although they are not considered to be under recall.The CPSC has stated we should "use our best judgment" much like you do in choosing items for your children. 

The safety of the items that we sell in the store has always been a top priority.  We take special care to keep recalled products off our shelves and to double check things with small parts to ensure all "connections" are still strong.
